This room has been a long time in the making. The goal was to add a level of convenience that works for you, the parent, as well as for our staff and after much consideration, we feel we have accomplished what we set out to do. This private room has 3 holding pens and is designed for you to be able to pick up or drop off your dog when it is convenient to your schedule so if you were unfortunate enough to get stuck on that 6:30 am flight or are coming in on the dreaded 11:30 pm flight and are missing your 4-legged loved one, you don't have to wait. As long as we have a general time of arrival or departure, everything will be ready for you and your pet to be reunited. This feature is not available for first time drop off clients as we want to be able to meet with you face to fact to discuss your pets likes, dislikes, personality, etc.
Use of this room is on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited so be sure to let us know ahead of time when you will be returning so you will be able to pick up your pal when you like. Not available for first time drop offs.
Come on into the room and put your pet in one of the 3 pens available. You can put all of his/her stuff in with his/her and the stuff you do not want in his pen i.e. treats, medications, paperwork just put outside of the pen in the hanging bins and clip board on the front of each pen. It is very important for us to know of any changes so please leave us a note with any updates on the clip board or text CC @ 763-5585. Also, please remember to update your contract when you move, change phone #'s or change emergency contact people.
You will find your invoice on the front of your dog's holding kennel on a clip board. Please leave your payment in the payment box next to the front door in each room, cat and dog. (We only accept cash or check.) Please put cash only in an envelope provided by the payment box. Be sure it is filled out so we know whose payment is whose. Checks can be dropped in the box with the pet's name in the memo portion if your name does not coincide with the name on file (on top of your invoice) as the pet's owner. Payment drop boxes are available right by front door in both rooms. Load up your stuff and you are done! Welcome home.
Come on into the cat room (make sure you are not in the doggie drop off room). Kittie's condo will be ready with her water bowl and litter box. Set up her things how you like. Put her in and fasten the condo door. You can put all of her stuff in with her and the stuff you do not want in her condo i.e. treats, medications, paperwork just put outside of her condo. Make sure to fill out your paperwork that may be left there for you. It is very important for us to know of any changes since the last time your pet was here so please let us know by leaving a note on the clip board or shoot CC a text - 763-5585. You will also need you to confirm your check out date and time by leaving that info on the clip board so we will ready for your return or have your cat ready to go if you will be doing a self-check out.
You will find your invoice on her clipboard. Drop your payment into the money drop box right next to the door on your way out of the cat room. You will find a reminder on your invoice asking you to please turn off all lights if you are the last one out. Remember that we only accept cash or check.
