The goal of this feature is to add a level of convenience for you, the pet owner and me. This private room has 3 pens and is designed for you to be able to self access when it is convenient to your schedule. If you have the dreaded 6am or 11pm flight, no worries. You can drop off or pick up your pet without having to spend an extra night away from them.
The self access is not available to first time clients as I want to meet you and your pet together. I want to be able to discuss your pet's likes, dislikes, personality etc.
Don't mind my German Shepherd when you pull in, she has an underground fence. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times.
So How Does It Work?
Dropping Off Your Dog
After parking in the paved area, come to the first door that says 'Doggie Daycare Pick up/Drop off Room'. Look for the pen that has your dog's name on the clipboard. Put your dog inside and close the gate. Place his light belongings in the basket above, heavy items on the floor in front of the pen. Close the door tight on your way out. Enjoy your vacation!
Picking Up Your Dog
After parking in the paved area, come to the first door that says 'Doggie Daycare Pick up/Drop off Room'. Come inside and you will see your dog waiting for you in a pen. Look at the clipboard for your invoice. Turn around and notice the payment drop box by the front door. If you have a check, just drop it in the box. If you have cash, please use one of the envelopes provided, fill it out and drop it in. Be sure to look around and grab all of your dog's belongings. Close his gate to keep the room presentable for our next guest and close the tight on your way out. Enjoy your reunion!
Dropping Off Your Cat
After parking in the paved area, come down to the second door that says 'Kitty Condos Pick up/Drop off Room'. Come into the room and find your cat's condo with her name on the clipboard. Put her in the condo and close her door. Put her belongings in the space above. Close the door tight on your way out. Enjoy your vacation!
Picking Up Your Cat
After parking in the paved area, come down to the second door that says 'Kitty Condos Pick up/Drop off Room'. Come inside and look for your cat's condo. Her invoice will be on her clipboard.
